How Is the Content on This Site Written and Checked?
Our pages are written by the business, not by named experts we can't show you. Here are the rules we hold them to.

Who writes the content on this site?
The business writes it as a company, and no page carries an invented author name or credential. Each page is drafted, checked line by line against the sources linked at its foot, and dated. When someone is named in future, they will be real staff, shown with their actual role.
What every page must meet
- The heading asks a real question and the first sentence answers it.
- Rules, fees and figures link to their source with a checked date.
- Prices are labeled as third-party estimates, never as a quote.
- No claims of ratings, awards, endorsements or manufacturer status.
- No photos presented as our own jobs unless they are, with the owner's written permission.
- Insurance content stays general: we don't predict what a policy covers.
Corrections
If a fact is wrong, we fix the page, update its checked date, and note the change in the page's source block. Report errors with the form on any page.
Independence
No publisher, manufacturer or municipality pays for a mention here. Third-party cost sources are cited because they are what homeowners find, not because we endorse them.
Questions about a page?
Tell us where the house is, how old the roof is and what it is doing. If you have photos, say so and we will ask for them by email. Outside our core area? Send the form and ask.
We answer form requests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There is no phone line, so the whole conversation stays in writing.
